Additional Information:
Can I choose my delivery time? To provide such excellent rates the courier pools deliveries for his customer's,  so your flexibility when arranging your delivery day is appreciated (Monday - Friday) and time slots are within business hours. 
 
How long will it take? Delivery days will usually be arranged within 7 / 14 working days of the furniture production date (which we will communicate with you), although this may vary depending on your location. 
 
Is it a kerbside delivery? Although it is not a kerbside delivery, the couriers can only be responsible for delivery of your item to your front door - although they are always amenable to help you into your home wherever possible (Please note second floor deliveries will carry a £5 supplement and are only by prior arrangement).
 

What if I miss my delivery? If there is no-one available to take your delivery or no payment has been left, a second attempt will be made but please note a second payment will need to be made by the customer.

How is delivery arranged? We will be pleased to book the courier for you and liase with them direct for your delivery arrangements. Please note the carriage charge is to be paid in cash direct to the driver on delivery and not added to your checkout.  The post and packaging checkout box will show "customer collects or pays courier".

Please note it is your responsibility to insure you have measured your home/delivery address for adequate access to take delivery of your furniture.

 

As the couriers are not part of our company we are pleased to book your shipping in on your behalf with them but please note we are not responsible for there schedule of delivery or any damages during transit. (Although we have recommended these couriers for 24 months and never had any issues)

 
Are there any alternatives? Of course. If you prefer to make your own arrangements we are happy to recommend www.anyvan.com who have associations with a bank of couriers. Alternatively, if you would to collect your furniture yourself, we will provide directions to our workshop in Newark-On-Trent, Nottinghamshire NG23 5EA.
