As all our bespoke furniture is made to order, a cancellation charge of 50% will be invoked in respect of any cancelled orders. Full payment is to be made at time of order.
Please note it is your responsibility to insure you have measured your home/delivery address for adequate access to take delivery of your furniture.
Any alternations to the specification after the order has been made may incur an amendment charge depending on the nature of the alteration. Again, due to our bespoke furniture being made to order, we operate a strict no-returns policy.
If you are opting for painted furniture or stained furniture please remember that no two pieces will be the same as the finish is applied by hand. We have made every attempt to ensure that the photography on this website is an accurate representation of our furniture, however, small variations in colour may occur. With all woods being completely natural, variations in the color of the timber (end grain beech, beech, redwood pine, oak, reclaimed timber) are normal and slight variations in the appearance are to be expected
Construction is a blend of traditional methods (dovetailed joints etc) combined with more modern techniques as we use solid wood please be aware that the grain/knots/blemishes etc will often show through giving the true wood authenticity this is not flaws in the manufacturer.
